How long will it take to receive or see tracking on my merchandise once payment is made?

ALL ORDERS SHIP OUT IN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS….IN ADDITION PLEASE NOTE THE 3-7 BUSINESS DAY TIME FRAME FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP OUT DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL ORDERS, PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS OR WHOLESALE ORDERS. Once shipped it takes 2-4 days for domestic and 6-10 days for international package to reach their destination. PLEASE NOTE: WHEN YOU RECEIVE TRACKING IT MAY NOT WORK IMMEDIATELY ALL PACKAGES ARE PICKED UP BY THE POST OFFICE AND THEY ADVISE 24-48 HOURS ARE NEEDED FOR THEM TO SCAN THE ITEM IN TO BE VIEWABLE TO THE PUBLIC.

If after the 48 hours is complete and your tracking is not showing movement or the ETA of your package please send an email to info@haybroapparel.com. In addition, if you have any other general questions pertaining to tracking that was not answered in this explanation feel free to email info@haybroapparel.com make sure to send only 1 email and allow up to 24-48 hours for a response, thanks! For custom  and pre- orders or wholesale orders kindly check the notes section of your invoice or the description section on the site for an estimated time of completion and any other shipping notations. 

 

How do I track my package for domestic?

Please use the tracking option at the top of the page for quick information. In your shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a link to the tracking history.

From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit: www.usps.com or www.fedex.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you. 

Hay Bro! I forgot to add the coupon code to my order but I already checked out and paid for it! Can I still use my coupon code?

We understand things like this can happen bros. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed bro.

What happens if I order something and it’s sold out?

In the unfortunate even’t your order a item and it’s sold out and you had only one item for your order you will be issued a full refund.  Refunds process immediately by the shipping department and are usually back on your card or account in 3-5 business days. In the event, you ordered more than one item and the item is sold out you will be issued store credit (for the amount you paid for the item with any discounts if deemed appropriate) the store credit may be used towards any item on site with no expiration date. In addition to the store credit for the missing item their will be an additional credit that covers what the cost of the missing item(s) was.

 

I have a purchase over $75 but the shipping charge hasn't been waived. What's good?

Free shipping for orders over $75 (subtotal) applies to U.S. Domestic, Canada, and U.K. shipments only (when using standard delivery) when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $75.00. International Orders over $100 (subtotal) also qualify for free shipping.

Expedited shipping (i.e., Overnight) for all locations is available and will be charged at the advertised rate shown when your order is placed, regardless of the total amount of the order.
